Before coming in to any of our offices, please read and follow the posted signage before entering.
• If you are feeling unwell, experiencing potential symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, dry cough, tiredness, difficulty breathing), have travelled outside Ontario in the last 14 days, have been in contact with anyone that has or was exposed to Coronavirus, please defer your visit and call our office for alternative options.
Please respect and follow physical distancing guidelines with other customers and our staff. Only one customer is permitted in the office at a time. Please use hand sanitizer when you arrive, and masks are preferred but not required. Our washrooms, chairs and waiting areas are not available at this time.
Online and pre-authorized bill payments continue to be the preferred methods. Drop boxes are available in Wingham and Goderich during business hours, and at our Ripley Office 24 hours per day.
